Back to the future!

Hola,

So I and Sarah are back at our UWC's now and we've had an amazing summer! Here's a quick post about what we did in our summer and my arriving back to UWCCR!

As Sarah previously mentioned we went to see my friend Julia in France! Look how clear that lake is!!

I also went to see my friend Vilde in Norway soon after France, this is me against the beautiful sunset of a Norwegian fjord!
Vilde happily riding a bike around at 5am!

We went on a family holiday to Devon, here is Sarah, Mum and I at Croyde Bay!

We also met up with our Brit co-year who is with Sarah at MUWCI. Kate lives in Devon and we got the chance to stay at our house whilst we were down there!

We went to UWC GB Orientation to represent our schools and say hi to all of our first years. Here I am with the first years who are going to UWC Costa Rica!

Went to Whitby where Dracula supposedly resided, fam day out!
We were upside down when we exactly turned 18! This was at DF Camp, a camp for those involved in Woodcraft Folk aged 16-21. This years was held by the Bradford district and took place in North Yorkshire.

My clan at DF camp, Tetris Effect! We had a a lot of fun cooking and cleaning together!

I went to Beat-Herder Festival again this year, this was my third time! I also stayed at Cameron's house before and after, here we are at the festival!

Geordie family at Beats, such an amazing festival!
In other news a tree fell on my school...

We met up and had amazing times with friends back home, here we are with Jenny and Bethany!

So this is the weirdest thing.. Sarah met up with my friend from India at uwccr, Amiya, in Delhi when Sarah went back to India early to see Delhi! Weird.

The fam went for meal on the quayside for Sarah's last night, here is me and Sarah on the millennium bridge on the quayside in Newcastle.

I am now back at UWCCR and it has been hectic preparing for first year arrivals and attending many meetings but really nice to see my friends again and be back in this beautiful country! At moment it is orientation weeks and then school will start, wish me luck!
Big up to Blake, first year from Barbados!
And thank you to Martha for making my summer complete, couldn't have done it without you!

Abrazos,
Alison :)
